ISA London South Regional Athletics

All 34 children that took part did extremely well and we saw some of the best athletes in the South of England on display. Congratulations to the following who managed to get a medal on the day:

• Francis (Year 6) won Gold in the boys 80m event and is going to Nationals.
• Hayden (Year 6) won Gold in the girls Shotput event and is going to Nationals.
• Lucas, Daniel, Frank and Francis (Year 6) won Gold in the boys 4x100m event and they are all going to Nationals.
• Louis (Year 5) won Silver in the boys Vortex Throw.
• Lucas (Year 6) won Silver in the boys 600m.
• Taraji, Patti, Eve and Ana (Year 5) won Silver in the girls 4x100m event.
• James (Year 6) won Silver in the boys Long Jump.
• Lucas (Year 6) won Bronze in the boys 150m.
• Eve (Year 5) won Bronze in the girls 600m.
• Tabitha (Year 4) won Bronze in the girls 600m.

Those going to Nationals will be heading to Birmingham on the 16th of June. Again, congratulations to all of those involved. It was a huge team achievement!
